Very easy, very good. I marinated the lamb chops in the refrigerator about 3 hrs, then at room temp for an hour. Nice 'clean' tasting marinade that doesn't overpower the flavor of the lamb. I also made the orzo pilaf, which was very good and complimented the lamb. The other 'side dish' I served was fresh Fava Beans with a drizzle of olive oil. Will definitely make the lamb and the orzo again.

Made to recipe except marinated in glass bowl in fridge c. two+ hours, turning once to recoat. Grilled outdoors, 3min per side and some time on the outer/fatty edge. Very good result. Served with the recommended feta-orzo and steamed asparagus. First course was CL's cantaloupe & grilled fig salad.

I doubled the recipe and used 3 racks of lamb. The lamb definately took more than 6 minutes to cook though! Loved the lemon garlic taste! I would do this one again

I had never cooked lamb before, but read it holds marinades very well. So I decided to try this recipe with its Greek-style marinade. We served it medium, and it was so tender and tasty, I think this might go into our rotation of meats. Served it with the feta, vegetable pilaf recommended.

This is a fabulous recipe! My boyfriend is Greek and loves lamb so I prepared this for him as a special meal. He loved it! It was really easy to put together as well. I added some cooked spinach to the orzo. I also mixed fresh lemon juice and a green onion to fat-free plain yogurt for a fresh sauce to top off the lamb. It was perfect. I would definitly prepare this meal for a dinner party.

The lamb came out delicious. I marinated it for a little longer than the recipe--about 30 minutes--and it gave the lamb a nice, light lemony flavor, accenting the flavor of the meat very nicely. I would definitely make this again, maybe marinating even a little bit longer.

The orzo recipe complimented the lamb. Everything tasted light and delicious.

Very good! I marinated it longer than the recipe called for - about 30 to 40 minutes. The lamb was very tasty and the orzo was a nice compliment to the dish.

Gives lamb a wonderful flavor and tenderness. Marinated my chops about an hour. The recommended side dish is also excellent, though I made it with Israeli couscous (2/3 cup cooked in 6 oz chicken broth) instead of orzo. Added another side of steamed zucchini and red bell peppers for a great meal.

Very good and easy enough for a weeknight. I've used different cuts of lamb depending on what's available and served with roasted potatoes

Really good. I marinated the chops for about 3 hours before grilling on our Traeger grill. Served with the orzo pilaf. Perfect pairing! I would totally make this for guests but it is just as good for a quick, easy, weeknight dinner.

I made these tonight for my family. It was my first time cooking lamb and the results were great. This will definitely be going into the recipe rotation.

I made these with the recommended orzo, a Tzatziki yogurt sauce and some pita. What a tasty yet guilt-free weeknight meal. I think we ended up cooking the chops more than 3 min per side. I will definitely make this again.
