I intended to make this for dinner on a tuesday, so I got in ready Tuesday morning (I put it in a quart size baggie). We ended up not cooking it until Wed/Thurs. It was okay, but not super. It seemed to be strong on the oregano flavor and lacking on the lemon. Not sure if this was because it had been extreme marinating or if I just didn't use enough lemon.

Absolutely delicious!!! It's not very often that I make a meal that my whole family likes, but everyone LOVED this. I let it marinade for 2 hours and it tasted great. I will definitely be making this dish often.
