  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 4 cups sifted powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons grated orange rind
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut

How to Make It

  1. Cream butter until light and fluffy. Add next 5 ingredients, beating until smooth. Stir in coconut.
