Lemon-Molasses Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced shallot
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Whisk together all ingredients. Serve over salad greens, or use as a marinade for grilled chicken, pork, seafood, or vegetables.
