Lemon-Mint Peas
The flavors of lemon and mint really bring frozen peas to life. This side dish works especially well with pork chops or lamb.

- 2 cups frozen green peas
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon chopped mint

Preparation
- Place peas and water in a bowl; cover. Microwave at HIGH 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Add mint, butter, lemon rind, pepper, and salt; toss.
