French-cut lamb chops have the meat and fat trimmed away from the end of the bone.

. Combine first 6 ingredients; divide mixture in half. Pat half of mixture evenly on both sides of lamb. Set aside remaining mixture.
. Place lamb on grill rack. Cover and grill 4 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Sprinkle reserved mint mixture evenly over lamb; let stand 3 minutes.
