delish, however I made it in muffin tins for individual little cakes & only had to bake for about 12 minutes.

I made this cake for a dinner with friends, and it was delicious. It was moist, and soft and had just the right ammount of lemon and sugar. I made a few changes though. -I used 2 c sugar instead of 2 1/2 -I put 3 tbsp lemon juice into the cake batter Everyone was in love with the cake. I will definitely make it again.
