Ingredients

  • 4 (4-ounce) boneless center-cut loin pork chops (about 1/2 inch thick)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 3/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rubbed sage
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 lemon wedges

Preparation

  1. 1. Sprinkle both sides of pork evenly with salt and pepper. Combine flour and next 3 ingredients in a shallow dish. Dredge pork in flour mixture.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook 4 minutes on each side or until pork is done. Serve with lemon wedges.
