  • 4 (5-ounce) lean lamb loin chops
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried rubbed sage
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Cooking spray


  1. 1. Prepare grill.
  2. 2. Trim fat from chops. Combine rosemary and next 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Rub herb mixture on both sides of chops. Place chops on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
