This simple lemon-herb mixture adds great flavor to the grilled chops.
4 (5-ounce) lean lamb loin chops
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried rubbed sage
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
How to Make It
Trim fat from chops. Combine rosemary and next 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Rub herb mixture on both sides of chops. Place chops on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
