Easy, quick and VERY reliable. I've made this at least a dozen times and it's always good. One of my daughter's favorites. I always pound the chicken to even thickness. Have made on the grill or indoors on the grill pan. Good hot or left-over on a salad. I like to marinate it all day and it's extra lemon-y.

This chicken was so quick, easy and tasty I will make it all summer. I pounded the chicken breasts to even thickness before marinating to ensure even cooking times on the grill. We ate the chicken hot for dinner and then I sliced up the leftovers to add to a salad the next day for lunch.

Great recipe for weeknight meals. Not exactly company worthy but wonderful nonetheless. Also works great with pork chops. The lemon really comes through and brightens up the meat, lending a nice fresh taste. Family thought it was excellent.

Added extra squeezed lemon juice. My kids and I loved it. The extra will work great on a salad. Enjoy!

My family raved about this recipe. I let it marinate several hours and then "grilled" it on a grill pan indoors. I had very little time, so the chicken had not been pounded, but it came out unbelievably tender and full of flavor.

Very easy to prepare and delicious. This is something that will go into my regular meal rotation.
