Lemon-Ginger Dressing
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup tamari or soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon hot Chinese or Dijon mustard
Preparation
- Whisk together all ingredients. Cover and chill.
