Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup tamari or soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon hot Chinese or Dijon mustard

How to Make It
