Lemon-Garlic Mayo

1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste


Combine lemon juice and minced garlic in a small bowl; let stand 5 minutes. Stir in mayonnaise and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
