Very easy and flavorful. Followed as written, except used chicken drumsticks instead of thighs. Big hit with everyone

The flavor was very good, but the edges of the thighs tended to be crisp and dry. Next time I will cook at a lower temperature for a longer period of time.

Loved the recipe, but cooking time might even be 30 min. I wish I would have used the thermometer, but 40 min made them quite over cooked. Made them a second time and used a grill and got lots of compliments.

Very easy and tasty! Cooked at 375 for 40 min which was too long-maybe only 35 minutes next time.

I would have given this 5 stars if the time was shorter. I knew looking at it that was too long and too hot and cooked at 400 for 20 min,, then basted every 5 and checked. As I am suddenly required to be on a no/low salt diet I've been searching for stuff I can eat, and these thighs are some of the best I've ever had! Good to know that after having to say goodby to all the killer meals I've dialed in all my life that there is awesome taste after salt.

Very, very bland. Followed the recipe except I marinated the chicken thighs about 3 hours in the refrigerator -- which if anything should have increased the flavor. Reduced the oven temp to 375 degree and decreased baking time to 30 minutes. The chicken was moist, but flavor was missing. Will stick with other CL chicken thighs recipes that are much tastier.

Ok just FYI if you cook your chicken not completely thawed but slightly still frozen it will steam from the inside out making the chicken more juicy especially cooking at these temps you made need to cook for at least 30 to 40 mins by doing this also for a little extra taste inject or pour about 4 tablespoons IOC creole butter into the pan ...overall very simple dish but very different for me but made for a good meal!!!
