Lemon-Flax Vinaigrette

1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup flaxseed oil
1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper


Whisk together lemon juice, flaxseed oil, white balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
