Lemon-Flax Vinaigrette

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed oil
  • 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper

How to Make It

  1. Whisk together lemon juice, flaxseed oil, white balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
