Lemon Dipping Sauce
One medium lemon yields 2 to 3 tablespoons lemon juice and 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons lemon zest.
Yield: 4 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 2 (16-ounce) containers light sour cream
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Garnish: lemon zest
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients; cover and chill at least 1 hour. Garnish, if desired.
