Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons drained capers
- 4 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- Kosher salt to taste
Preparation
- 1. Pulse first 7 ingredients in a food processor 2 to 3 times or until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides as needed. Season with salt to taste.
