Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons lemon curd

Preparation

  1. Beat cream cheese and butter at medium speed of an electric mixer until creamy; stir in lemon curd. Chill thoroughly.
