Lemon Cream

Southern Living


1 (8-ounce) container light sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt


Stir together all ingredients until blended. Cover mixture, and chill until ready to serve.
