Ingredients

1/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 (12-ounce) can solid white tuna in water, drained
8 basil leaves
4 (2-ounce) kaiser rolls, sliced in half horizontally
1 small cucumber, sliced
8 Bibb lettuce leaves

Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir in tuna.

Place 2 basil leaves on bottom halves of each roll; top basil leaves evenly with tuna mixture. Top each sandwich with cucumber slices, 2 lettuce leaves, and tops of rolls.
