An incredible and light dessert- though it only made enough for 4 people in the portions we served. The combination of the mint, strawberries and lemon is delicious.

This dessert is fantastic. It's simple, and elegant. I have been making this recipe for years. It's great for Easter! I also will make again and again.

This is a can't miss dessert! I served it last night for a dinner party and it got rave reviews! All plates were cleaned! Not too sweet, and it was light and very satisfying! Will do this one again soon!

Wow! I thought it might be too complicated, but since I have made meringue before, it wasn't hard. The flavor is awesome! My only suggestion would be to put this in individual ramekins if you want to impress someone - otherwise when you scoop it onto a plate it is kind of a big lump. Will make again and again!
