Ingredients

  • 2 3/4 cups water
  • 3 cups instant white rice
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon light butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in rice and remaining ingredients; cover, remove from heat, and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
