Lemon Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box(es) yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup(s) water
  • 1 bottle(s) small lemon jello
  • 1 teaspoon(s) lemon extract
  • 1/2 cup(s) butter, melted
  • 1 cup(s) powdered sugar
  • 1 lemon juice

Preparation

Mix together cake mix, eggs, water, oil, jello, and lemon extract. Beat for 5 minutes. Pour into 9 X 12" baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Mix together butter, sugar, and juice. Poke holes in the cake, and pour mixture over cake, filling holes.
