Lemon-Butter Sauce

This simple lemon-butter sauce is easy to prepare and pairs well with chicken or fish.

Ingredients

3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

1. Stir together melted butter and next 2 ingredients until blended. Stir in parsley.
