- 3 tablespoons grated lemon rind
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt*
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
How to Make It
Combine all ingredients in a small food processor or coffee grinder. Process until finely and evenly chopped. Store in an airtight container.
*If substituting regular salt, use half the amount (1 tablespoon).
