Lemon Blend

Yield about 1/3 cup


  • 3 tablespoons grated lemon rind
  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt*
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper

How to Make It

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small food processor or coffee grinder. Process until finely and evenly chopped. Store in an airtight container.

  2. *If substituting regular salt, use half the amount (1 tablespoon).
