Agree with prior review, 8x8 dish is a bit too big, so something more on the lines of 7x7 would be better. This was wonderful, easy to make. Soft ladyfingers were a challenge to find. Had to go to an above average grocery store.
Lemon Berrymisu

If you think tiramisu has to be made hours ahead, try this fresh, summery version, which comes together in no time. For a non-alcoholic variation, use lemonade concentrate in place of the limoncello. And swap in madeleines for the ladyfingers if you like.

Ingredients
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) soft ladyfingers
- 6 tablespoons limoncello or thawed frozen lemonade concentrate
- 6 ounces blackberries
- 6 ounces raspberries
- 6 ounces blueberries
Preparation
- 1. Whip cream, sugar, mascarpone, and lemon zest with a mixer until soft peaks barely form.
- 2. Lay half of the ladyfingers in a 2-qt. glass serving dish or an 8-in. square pan, separating them a bit if needed for fit. Brush ladyfingers with half of limoncello. Dollop and spread with half of cream mixture, then sprinkle with half of mixed berries. Repeat layers.
