Ingredients

  • 1 bag (12 oz) Steamfresh® Asparagus, Gold & White Corn, Baby Carrots, cooked according to package instructions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, sliced thin

How to Make It

  1. Toss the cooked vegetables with olive oil, lemon zest, pine nuts and basil.

  2. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
