Ingredients

  • 1 (12-ounce) package fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. 1. Cook broccoli according to package directions; keep warm.
  2. 2. Combine butter and remaining ingredients in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 30 seconds or until butter melts. Pour butter mixture over broccoli; toss gently to coat.
