Ingredients

1 (12-ounce) package fresh broccoli florets
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

1. Cook broccoli according to package directions; keep warm.

2. Combine butter and remaining ingredients in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 30 seconds or until butter melts. Pour butter mixture over broccoli; toss gently to coat.
