Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) canned artichoke hearts quartered
- 2 clove(s) garlic minced
- 1/2 cup(s) fresh basil packed
- 1/4 cup(s) water
- 2 tablespoon(s) parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1 teaspoon(s) fresh lemon rind grated
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
Preparation
- 1. Place all the ingredients in food processor and process until pureed
- 2. Toss with your favorite pasta
