Ingredients

1 egg yolk
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3/4 cup light olive oil

Preparation

Process first 4 ingredients in a blender until smooth. With processor running, add olive oil in a slow, steady stream.
