Lemon Aïoli

Lemon Aïoli is inspired by the Greek yogurt sauce tzaziki that stands in for traditional Southern gravy and served with Citrus-Roasted Turkey.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 small garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste.
