We used MorningStar crumbles instead of ground round and it was delicious! The flavor is awesome!

I followed the recipe, with the exception of adding fresh herbs instead of dried since they were growing in the front yard. It was tasty, and my husband that doesn't love zucchini agreed. Unlike a previous reviewer though, we both missed the noodles and found it a bit like eating really cheesy spaghetti sauce. I'd probably make it again, but add noodle layers into it. We scooped it onto good, crusty bread, which works pretty well too. By itself though, it's just missing something.

My husband liked it even more than regular lasagna!

I have to say this is very easy to prepare and so delicious. Everyone in my family loves it too. The only problem is that it goes too quickly!!

This was delicious. I thought it would take longer to make b/c I made my own sauce, but it was so quick and easy. I wouldn't suggest adding anything else to it. I found it even better the next day. My husband and sister loved it. I will be adding this to my regular recipe list.

This was fantastic. I also cut my zucchini lengthwise and I think that helped it to stay together. I did boil it but then let it dry flat on paper towels. This helped absorb the extra water. I used more garlic and in the future I would also use mushrooms and spinach. I also let it sit for about 15 minutes before cutting into it. I was careful how to cut it and scoop it out so it kept it's shape and didnt glop all over as other reviews mentioned. I will make this again!

Better than expected! I divided the ingredients in half in order to make fewer servings. I added lots of fresh basil in the marinara sauce, and chopped onion with the burger. I used two zucchini, sliced thin lengthwise - but I should have used at least three, since it does "shrink" a bit. I can't wait to make this again!

This recipe is a keeper! I added fresh corn right off the cob to the sauce, forgot to add the egg to the cottage cheese, and sprinkled feta on top. Next time I'll add more garlic. It was like a tasty veggie/meat lasagna but we didn't miss the noodles!

My family this recipe! I used ground turkey instead of ground beef. I also added a second layer of zucchini in the middle as I layered the rest of the ingredients. I know this step was not explained in the recipe, but I felt it was necessary.

Very good and very simple, quick to put together. Next time I'm going to try it with some spicy sausage instead of the ground turkey I used this time. Its a good use for all the zuchini garden bounty!

I don't cook very often and I'm really slow in the kitchen. I started at 8 PM and finished at 10.For me that was a great accomplishment! Next time it should take less time as I spent a lot of time trying not to make mistakes. I was very pleased at the outcome. It was very delicious and not salty, but very flavorful. Easy enough that I would try it without having the recipe in front of me next time. I substituted Provolone cheese for the Mozarella and sprinkled a little Parmesan on top.

I make this all the time. We try to stay away from pasta and rice, so this is a great way to make a lasagna-style meal without all of the carbs. My picky kids like it a lot too.
