Ingredients

  • 1 pound(s) ground beef - browned
  • 1 pound(s) sausage - browned
  • 1 onion - chopped
  • 48 ounce(s) spaghetti sauce - Prego
  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 eggs
  • 24 ounce(s) cottage cheese
  • 15 ounce(s) ricotta cheese
  • 3 cup(s) cheddar cheese - shredded
  • 1 cup(s) mozzerella cheese - shredded
  • 1/4 cup(s) parmesan cheese

Preparation

  1. Bake at 375 degrees 30 minutes

  2. Brown ground beef, sausageand onion on stove. Drain
  3. Add spaghetti sauce. Mix
  4. Boil lasagna noodles as directed on package. Drain
  5. Butter 9x14 pan
  6. Lay 4 lasagna noodles in bottom
  7. Layer 1/2 meat sauce, 1/2 cottage cheese mixture, shredded cheeses
  8. Add second layer. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over top

  9. Cook at 375 degrees for 30 minutes
  10. Can freeze uncooked. Thaw and cook as directed above.
