    Overall, I thought this was a great recipe. The citrus flavors are a bit intense and the hubby requested for me to use less lime next time. I thought the cabbage tasted good as a wrap but it's a bit chewy. Next time I'll probably use lettuce. Lastly, I left the mint out. I sprinkled a little on my wrap and thought the mint tasted too weird. (And I'm not a picky eater!)

    I made this recipe for dinner for my husband and I. We're sort of on a health kick, and this dish was super light and incredibly flavorful! The instructions are really easy to follow and my dish turned out exactly as pictured in the cookbook. I will definitely make this again!

    I think this recipe needs a little tweeking. I agree that the citrus was too overpowering. I cut it with an extra 1/2 tbsp of sugar. I also left off the mint but added cilantro, ginger, and red onion. I didn't have a serrano pepper so I substituted a jalepeno. After all the adjustments I was really pleased with the end product.

    Very authentic - but healthy. I added thinly sliced raw red onion and substituted jalapeno pepper. Unlike others, I found the citrus levels perfect. We have a grinder attachment for our stand mixer and ground our own chicken.
