Too salty, too greasy, not a huge fan of cinnamon flavored lamb. Will try again using different seasonings.

Always on the look out for new ground lamb recipes, as we buy a lamb for our freezer every year. Wasn't sure how my husband would like the idea of a lettuce wrap... but he went back for seconds and even thirds! Flavors were simple & straight forward & delicious; perfect summer dinner.

Unusual flavors and textures together--makes for a nice light meal. I served it with braised fingerling potato coins. I would have given it 4 stars, but I don't think it is special occasion worthy but good for the family dinner.

Don't be mislead by the 3 star rating. This is a delicious meal and we will definitely make again - just not worthy of a special occasion as noted by other reviewers. My husband had 3 lettuce cups for his serving (2 left him hungry). Served with corn on the cob and steamed broccoli with tzatziki.

This is a truly delicious meal that was extremely easy to make. My husband and son both really loved it as well. I will definitely be adding this into our regular rotation. YUM!!

This was quick and pretty tasty. Next time I might rip up the lettuce and put the lamb and yogurt-hummus dressing on top as a salad.

Sorry, but this was not good. Needed some sauce or something in the meat mixture. The hummus/yogurt mixture did not taste good.

My husband and I both really enjoyed the flavors. Good summer recipe. Will definitely make again.

The family loves this recipe. This has more of a Greek influence with the spices used so if you not a fan of braised lamb shank you probably will not like this either. We found the store bought ground lamb is greasy and in many areas hard to find so we grind our own from a trimmed leg of lamb from Costco and also use it for yummy lamb burgers with feta.
