I only made the burgers as my husband wanted to have tzatziki sauce with his pitas instead of the chutney. The burgers had great flavor and I will definitely make them again the next time we have a greek inspired dinner.

The chutney has many wonderful flavors, but with 1 full teaspoon of cayenne it was way too hot for us to eat! The lamb burgers, however, were delicious, and I'd make them again in a heartbeat.
