I gave this 5 stars because the whole family liked it, including the picky teenagers. I followed the recipe, adjusting only for the timing of the rice which needed 50 min., and it was delicious and exotic. Cubing the lamb took some time, otherwise this is an easy recipe. I served this as a simple family dinner with broccoli and naan (from a mix). I would make it again.
