  • 1 jar(s) Kucheras Salsa (your favorite)
  • 4-6 whole(s) Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Vegetable oil
  • 1 whole(s) Serving of hot cooked rice


  1. 1. Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until it's well browned on both sides.

  2. 2. Add Kucheras Salsa to the skillet. Heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. (165 degrees)

  3. 3. Serve with the rice. Makes 6 servings.

  4. ​Start to finish: 25 minutes
  5. Prep: 5 minutes
  6. ​Refrigerate: 20 minutes
