  • 5 clove(s) garlic minced
  • 1/2 piece(s) zucchini small cubed
  • 1 piece(s) carrot small cubed
  • 8 cup(s) water
  • 4 piece(s) boneless chicken breast shredded small pieces
  • 1 strip(s) salt
  • 2 piece(s) scallions diced

Preparation

  1. Servings: 4~6 people
  2. Prep time: 15 minutes
  3. Cook time: 40~45 minutes

  4. Ingredients:
  5. 4, 5 pieces (1 lb) boneless chicken breasts
  6. 5, 6 garlic cloves, minced
  7. 1/2 zucchini, cut into small cubes
  8. 1 carrot, cut into small cubes
  9. 8, 9 cups of water
  10. 3 cups jjapsahl (Korean sweet rice)
  11. 1 tbsp salt
  12. soy sauce to taste
  13. sliced scallions (garnish)
  14. sesame oil (for taste and garnish)
