    This recipe came from Mommyimhungry.blogspot.com. Put it in overnight and it came out great! Next time I'll use 2 jalapenos and 2 inches of ginger for a little more kick. I've adjusted the recipe for this post.

    This was edible, but that is the best I could give it. It lacked the flavor korean beef normally has. The slaw was a nice crunchy addition, but neither is anything special.
