Kiwi, Orange and Apple Smoothie

Yield 6 cups
A boost of Vitamin C.


  • 8 kiwifruit
  • 2 apples
  • 8 oranges
  • 2 teaspoons Baker's Corner Granulated Sugar

How to Make It

  1. Peel the kiwifruit and cut into quarters. Cut out the white core and discard.

  2. Peel the apples, remove the core and discard, chop into medium size chunks.

  3. Cut the oranges in half. Juice and strain.

  4. In a blender, add the kiwifruit, apples, orange juice and sugar. Blend until smooth.

  5. Serve chilled.
