- 1-2 tablespoon(s) creme de cassis
- 4-6 ounce(s) champagne or sparkling wine
- For each cocktail, pour creme de cassis into a champagne flute. Top with champagne or sparkling wine. Pouring the wine in after the liqueur helps mix the drink naturally, if you pour the liqueur into the wine it will sink to the bottom.
