Ingredients

  • 2 cups arugula
  • 2 cups torn watercress
  • 1 cup torn Bibb lettuce
  • 1 cup chopped Belgian endive
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced English cucumber
  • 1 cup sliced button mushrooms
  • 1 cup sliced sweet onion
  • 1/2 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • Dijon Vinaigrette

Preparation

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a large salad bowl. Serve with vinaigrette.
