Ingredients

2 cups arugula
2 cups torn watercress
1 cup torn Bibb lettuce
1 cup chopped Belgian endive
1 1/2 cups sliced English cucumber
1 cup sliced button mushrooms
1 cup sliced sweet onion
1/2 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
4 green onions, chopped

Preparation

Combine first 9 ingredients in a large salad bowl. Serve with vinaigrette.
