1 large bell pepper, any color, seeded and cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons hot sauce, or to taste
Salt and pepper
How to Make It
Warm oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage and cook, stirring frequently, until lightly browned on both sides, about 5 minutes. Add bell pepper, onion and hot sauce; sauté until vegetables have softened, about 7 minutes. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
