These were fast and easiy to make, I even had all the ingredients on hand. Everyone loved them from my husband to my 2 year old. Kids can't wait to take them for lunch!

To me, the stats had way too much fat and sodium for such small servings to warrant making these again. And it didn't seem like there was enough filling in each. Oh, well. On to the next recipe! (Not much food for 9 pts!)

My three 9-year-old boys loved these and they had fun putting their own pizzadilla together. Only drawback is I could only bake two at a time (what would fit on a cookie sheet). After folding, they only needed another 5 min, rather than 10. We'll make these again - maybe with other fillings besides pepperoni.
