How to Make It

Brush canola oil evenly over 1 side of bread slices. Combine sambal oelek, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and garlic; spread over non-oiled sides of 4 bread slices. Top with kale and remaining bread, oiled side up. Cook in a large skillet over medium 3 minutes per side or until toasted and cheese melts.
