1 (8-inch) pita bread round, cut in half crosswise
4 green leaf lettuce leaves
1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
3 tablespoons fat-free cucumber dressing
How to Make It
Pour water over bulgur in a small bowl; cover and let stand 15 minutes. Drain thoroughly. Combine bulgur, lamb, and next 7 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well. Shape mixture into 10 (1 1/2-inch) meatballs.
Place meatballs on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially opened) 30 minutes or until done.
Line each pita half with 2 lettuce leaves; place 1/4 cup sprouts and 5 meatballs in each. Top evenly with cucumber dressing.
